How to purchase in Nerio Camargo?

  • Enter www.neriocamargo.com
  • Add to the shopping cart the products that you wish to purchase through the “add to cart” button.
  • If you wish to view all the information you have placed in the cart, click on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner. If you wish to see the details, click on the link “shopping cart”.
  1. When you have finished selecting your products and desire to make the purchase, click on “checkout” in the upper right-hand corner. You must fill give out the information in these following steps: Billing Information: It is personal information necessary for the receipt.
  2. Shipping Information: Personal information necessary for us to deliver the purchased goods. You may use the same information provided in Billing Information. Check that the information is correct. Remember that the address must be clear and specific so that a quick delivery may be made. The package will be delivered by the shipping service DHL.
  3. Delivery Method: The shipment will be notified throughout DHL and the shipping price will be informed.
  4. Payment Option: your payment option will be asked. These can be through MercadoPago, bank deposit or a bank transfer to our Nerio Camargo account.

4.1. PAYPAL: It is a payment option that allows the user to have the advantages of electronic commerce while enjoying the technology, security and Internet protection. All the information will be protected by the ssl system (secure sockets layer) which guarantees a 100% transaction. This system encrypts lo supplied data and avoids the unauthorized use. This system accepts payments via Visa or MasterCard credit cards. It is 100% safe, reliable and easy to use. By choosing this option, a message will appear that notifies: After confirming the order in the next step, you will be redirected to a Paypal page to make the payment of your products.

4.2. Transfer or Bank Deposit to the Nerio Camargo account: The account information will be provided for you to make the deposit or bank transfer. There you must click on CONTINUE to carry on with the purchase process. Then a screen with the information of your order will appear and you must click on CONFIRM PURCHASE. In that moment, an email will be sent with the purchase information and the data on where you must make your payment.

  • You must send to the same email (ncmiami@neriocamargo.com) your deposit number or bank transfer number so the information can be verified in our account to process and ship your purchase.
  • Purchase Overview: confirm purchase. Then you will be directed to MercadoPago’s website so you can make your purchase. MercadoPago allows to make your purchase with Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The website MercadoPago is a secure place in which you will give out your credit card information in case of using one. Complete the credit card information and you will automatically receive a confirmation message of the purchase.

What to do if my credit card is declined?

In this case, you must call your bank and communicate them of the inconvenience so it is resolved. You have 2 days to remake the purchase, if not it will be canceled and you must start the process anew.

In case of choosing a bank transfer or deposit, the account information where you have to deposit or transfer the money will be shown.

You will have 2 business days to make the deposit or bank transfer and send the corresponding number and order number to ncmiami@neriocamargo.com

Subsequently, in Nerio Camargo after confirming your payment, we will contact DHL so they deliver the purchase to the address you provided. We will inform you that your order was sent, and we will send you your tracking number so you can check up the delivery status.

Be cautious when writing your address to avoid any shipping delays or inconveniences.

 What to do if I haven’t done the payment or bank transfer in the two stipulated business days?

In this case your order will be cancelled and you will have to start over your purchase.

What are the shipping fees?

We have decided to include the shipping fee in the delivery amount; to guarantee deliveries without any inconveniences or any form of payment upon receiving the order. 

 Do you accept trades or refunds of the products purchased in Nerio Camargo?

Cosmetic products may not be exchanged or returned due to health regulations except:

- If by error our company ships the wrong product. To avoid this issue, you may rely with the codes for each product to be able to verify the order before making the purchase. Nerio Camargo will not accept the return or exchange of a product if:

  • The user is not sure of the product that he/she adquired.
  • Does not like the color of the product (foundation, lipstick among others)
  • Has tried out the product and opened the sealing package
  • When the product was opened, it was not found in pristine condition due to handling.

- We only accept exchanges in products acquired through our website www.neriocamargo.com in a period of less than 3 business days after receiving the order. You must state the reason for the exchange to ncmiami@neriocamargo.com before the allotted time and send back the package right after receiving an answer from us before 3 business days end

What should I do if I haven’t received my order in the allotted time?

Contact us at ncmiami@neriocamargo.com with you order number, or contact DHL (once the product has been shipped, DHL will provide you with a tracking number that will permit you to check up on the order).

Shipping Complaints

All our orders go through quality control before leaving our storage facilities. In case of finding products with manufacturing flaws contact us so that we can process your claim. You have 24 hours after receiving the order to make your claim at ncmiami@neriocamargo.com. In it, you must include your full name, order number and describe with as much details as possible the inconvenience. We will contact you in order to solve the claim.
